a License under The Opium Ordinances 1884 and 1887 for the sale of Opium intended for export in quantities less than one chest, upon certain terms and conditions approved by the Governor in Council, and therein set forth, one of such conditions being that the said

should enter into a Bond with two sureties conditioned in the penal sum of Five thousand dollars for the due performance of each of the said conditions.

Now the condition of this Bond is such that if the said

shall duly observe, perform, and carry out all and each of the said terms and conditions contained and set forth in the said License, then this Bond to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
